Ti and The Major Scale

Ti is the 7th scale degree. In C, Ti is B.

Ti sits one half step below the next Do, so it has a strong pull upward. Once Ti is added, the whole Major scale is available to your ear: Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Ti, Do.
